Mid-America Christian University’s Master of Arts in Leadership with an emphasis in Ministry Leadership is designed for individuals called to serve in ministerial leadership roles, whether vocationally or as laypersons. The program provides an in-depth understanding of theoretical leadership foundations and practical knowledge, enabling graduates to minister to others with insight and sound wisdom. The curriculum includes courses on organizational culture, leading change, leadership theory, teaching the Bible, spiritual formation, and Wesleyan-Arminian theology, enriching students’ spiritual lives and guiding them to help others do the same.
